As the officer approached the car he noticed the passenger door open and it appeared someone threw an object from the vehicle. When the officer made contact with the occupants he noted he smelled what appeared to be burnt cannabis coming from inside the vehicle. The investigation resulted in several items being seized and a report forwarded for alleged drug charges.
*On 01/02/13, at about 1:40p.m. an officer was sent to a residence in the 200 block of Water Street in reference to a domestic disturbance. The report indicates that a daughter and her mother had possibly gotten into a verbal altercation which escalated into a physical situation between the two. No injuries were reported and it was unclear what had actually taken place. Involved parties were asked to submit statements regarding the incident in an attempt to determine if charges were to be pursued.

He was arrested for an alleged DUI in addition to the other reported offenses.
*On 01/13/13, at about 11:45a.m. an officer was sent to an address in the 100 block of East Main. The business owner called stating he believed he had a stolen gun in his possession.
